hi, I have a ford 3550 tractor. It has a pto but it's square not a spline. is there an something to connect to the square pto to a spline ?

also I have very hard clay soil. I haven't plowed it before. When I tried the sheer bolt broke. Is there a good way to break up hard clay? do you cut very shallow or is there a trick to it?
