Sod cutter

Any ideas on building a sod cutter for st. augustine grass that has grown over old sand pile. I want to level ground and want to replant grass. I have a l2800 kubota (2010).

I used a 3ph dirtscoop turned backwards. It worked very well, but I was only moving an area about 500 sq ft, maybe a little less.
