Can someone tell me if these chains look right on the back wheels

The mounted one is on inside out.
The cross chain hooks could possibly dig into the side of the tire.

Yup. Inside out and a bit loose.

I didn't tighten them up yet,tomorrow my buddy coming over to do some work on his Bob cat he will give me a hand.

The way I have them on the ground is the way I put them on. If you enlarge the pic I had them on with that hook on the outside and the tractor didn't ride smooth but was bumpy.

Chains on hard ground cause a rough ride. That style should not be as rough as standard cross link style but you will still notice them.

The side of the chain facing the floor should be facing away from the tire when mounted

In your photo with the chain on the ground, the side that should be against the tire is facing up.

the side of the chain facing up in the photo should be facing the tire when mounted

The hooks that are circled in green should be facing the other way, out, away from the tire.
