Just got my new Kubota BX2350 with a 3 point Farm King snowblower. Big fun here after our first snow in Minnesota.

The blower works great but I am seeking some advice on on how to best adjust the blower height for use on tar. The blower has the round adjustable foot pads to control the height the unit is off the ground.

My concern is that the metal foot pads will tear up the tar. Do they make telfon skids for the bottom of the foot pads or the bottom of the blower so I don't have metal on tar?

Tar... is that the same as asphalt? If it is, I don't think you have much to worry about. The shoes on my blower don't seem to have much effect on asphalt driveways. I think it helps a lot that in the winter temps asphalt is pretty darn hard, especially compared to a hot summer day.

If you mean actual tar, then maybe you do have something to worry about. Dunno.
