Smoked Beef Ribs!

Got some rib plates and cooked them up the other day.

I've got a Pellet Grill and these were in for around 10 hours. Came out great, wife enjoyed em, and Muhammad took home some, too.

Smoked ribs are always great. I cook mine on a yoder smoker for about 6 hours.

I did pork ribs on Saturday. Six hours on my ceramic grill and absolute perfection.

I love beef ribs! Those look great.
Wife likes pork ribs, of which I'm not a fan, so I've smoked them on the pellet grill a few times and she said they are some of the best she's ever had.
Beef ribs are not usually in the local grocery stores, we'll have to make a trip out to one of the meat markets/butcher shops for beef ribs and try one of these days. We usually just smoke brisket, chicken and pork ribs.

Beef is expensive, but we have a Costco Business Center about 45m drive from home. They carry all the stuff for restaurants and cafes, from pro-grade blenders and warming trays to big cuts of meat. They had big beef ribs in vaccuum-sealed packs of 2 plates. We looked for the heaviest we could find (12lbs, and a few others were 11.5 but that was the heaviest.) Used a CampChef Pellet Grill. Tasted great as leftovers, also.
