small tractor for hills

I need a small tractor for farming and roadwork in the hilly terrain.... I am in India... I liked mahindra 1816 ... but its not available in India... I also want a back-hoe and front loader... what options do i have?....can excavator and road grader fit with it?

Mahindra has the new Max series. Take a look at the Max 28. It's small and powerful and available with a frame mounted backhoe.
