They do the same thing here. The fathers of the girls do the parking. THe challange is to stump the fathers. One year a young lad rolled up in a motorhome. THe father of the date replaced the motorhome with his car. Saomthing about a rolling bed was not in the cards.

Pretty Neat! Some years back a fellow I knew from Creswell, NC (pop. 256) let his son take his date to the prom in a 8000 series Deere.

Pretty big for a small town. You need to come to Maine, we have 400 people in our 'small town'.
My wife and I had a son. If I could do it over I would also want a daughter who I would call princess and I would spoil her rotten. And she wouldn't be allowed to date until she was 30.
Boy, I'm not sure how that would all work out. I mean we all know how they...(we..us..them)...us are... How would you protect your little girl?

At this time the school had about 350 or so students in the whole K-12. The town that I grew up closest to (just down the road from this one) has a population of 60 people.
