Time is not terrible maybe 15 to 20 seconds which I can live with. Just know it could be quicker my son's JD 420 E is almost twice as fast. I know some of might be just peculiar to the Jinma.

I haven't found any all seem to be screw on, threaded fittings

Often the QDs will get a chunk of crap in them and slow things down. That is a “choke” point for debris. You have to pull them to inspect them.

Faster RPM means more flow from th pump. Are you sure there is a 菟roblem or is this particular loader on this particular tractor just designed to run this speed ?

Unfortunately I think you may be right and it's just a peculiarity of a JM454

Was out using yesterday after finding what was problem with it dying which turned out to be accumulated water in the main screw on filter going to have to install a separater. Anyway I ran loader up and down curled it even tip it back while lifting all worked fine just not real fast.

I suggest you buy two gauges. Put one on each side of the lift cylinders. You should have pressure on the lift side while lifting and no pressure on the return side. If you stop lifting and there is pressure on the return side there is an internal leak.

isn't there a hydraulic speed knob under your seat? or is that just for the 3 pt hitch?
