Okra, boilt for a good little while. Celery, onion, sausage, flounder, red beans, a little rice, red pepper, garlic, etc. etc

Oh my! That does look good.:licking: I just had a big bowl of my wife's veggie-only okra gumbo for dinner last night. She doesn't eat it, but she makes it just for me. What a girl!:D I have her make it with no meat and no rice on the side as a great dieter's meal. She loads it with okra and stewed tomatoes so that it's very thick. I may have her dump in some red beans next time just to see how I like 'em. I'd think kidney beans would work fine too.

I'm always hungry! Recently I've tried deliberately eating more than usual to keep myself full for longer but guess what, after the sick feeling goes away, I'm hungry again!

It is a never ending circle. Oh well.
