Tires are not filled, but should be.

Start with this cheap potential solution.

The weight of liquid filled rear tires is not significantly more, but that is all it takes sometimes depending on the weight of the log.

The tires are spinning. It is a lack of traction on the front end when climbing an incline...
mainly out of sandy creeks.

If loading the rear tires does not solve your sand traction problem consider converting to specialty forestry tires.

Is your Case 2-WD or 4-WD?

I only pull logs a few weekends out of the year while gathering firewood. So, forestry tires wouldn't be worth switching to from my current R4 tires.

The tractor is 4wd and all 4 tires spin with the diff lock engaged.

Ideally, I like to pull more weight than I do, but then I lose a lot of steering capability because the front doesn't have enough weight to keep full contact with the ground.

I probably really need to switch to a utility tractor for a lot of work we do, but it wouldn't fit in the tighter trails I keep bush hogged. Everywhere else it would be great.

I'm gun shy of the Mahindra's quality. Hence this post. I'll most likely wait a couple more years and just buy a utility tractor outright while keeping the 45hp HST for the wife to use and maintaining trails.

Why not try filling the tires?
If Mindset was to buy new for tax reasons, I would be looking at the Branson.

Can more weight be added to the bucket? At the rear can you get more down force by altering the hitching configuration slightly?

Dpf is nothing to worry about. People that have problems with it other than b3350 owners are not using it correctly

I was afraid of DPF when I was shopping in 2018. After 650 hours, DPF isn't the scary monster I thought it was. You are severely limiting your search. Like many have said, now is not a great time to purchase.
