Should I even ask?

I have had my BX22 for 2 weeks which one week it rained. Put 17 hours utilizing mmm and FEL mostly, turned my small garden over practicing with the BH. I really hate to ask this question because it is entirely trivial. However, the more I look at it and think about it; it really bugs me somethin' fierce. Okay okay; you wants to now my question. My Kubota label is peeling off my engine hood, probably because of the engine heat. Does this usually happen? Really it is no big deal, I love the tractor and it would even work if it wasn't orange. But it is 2 weeks old and I notice it every time I look at it. I can hear my wife after she notices it. "SO the sticker comes off after 2 weeks, I guess the engine will go after 4. Also before anyone asks; NO, I have not washed and waxed it to death and Yes it was in the garage and not in the rain.

Is it the actual Kubota decal and not just a protective film put on at the factory to protect the decal during shipment?
Surely you could get a new decal from the dealer under warranty if it comes off. Maybe it just wasn't sealed properly to start with. I haven't had any decal problems in almost a year of use, other than the small warning type decals that are in places of wear and tear.

It’s your money, so it’s NOT trivial. BUT,…. It is VERY correctable.
I have a 2200 for 2 years now and I have been out in the rain. No decal problem. Get a new set, peel off the old. clean thoroughly with goo gone and then alcohol (to remove the goo gone oil. then put on the new decals carefully and push them on good. You will never have the problem again. The decal wasn't put on right to begin with. This is the only possibility.

My 2200 looked as though the decal was peeling and all it was was the protective clear plastic to keep the decal looking good. Peel it off and all should be OK.

I thought the decals on my bx-22 were peeling off also, but it turned out to be just a clear protective cover over decal that is held on by like a static cling. pulled mine off and the decals are just fine.
