hello I am new to the forum, I have a Shibaura sd4043 there is hydraulic fluid coming out underneath the steering wheel..... where can I get the seal that I need to replace.... and is is hard to replace. there is no dipstick just a fill tube how do I know when to stop filling the pump with fluid??? also is is power steering fluid or does the pump rum on hydraulic fluid.... it seems to be hydraulic but I figure someone might know for sure....any help is appreciated
