Yes, Harbor-Freight had a 20% OFF coupon for the 4th sale. I waited a while for this.
I got the Quick-Hitch for $111.00 I've watched 3 YT vid reviews on multiple quick hitches under various brands. The H-F holds up to the big name brands just the same.
Why pay another $100 or $200 more then?

My store has 36 of them ! Not sure why, the store is in the center of a big city, not the country. Who in the city would ever need one?

Do you have more than one store in your area, if so, call around for confirmed inventory.

Two stores in driving distance, one is nice and new, and neither have a QH lol.

Maybe they've got some in for the big sale? I'll have to check.

I bought a cheap QH from Vevor and it was complete junk. I was kind of in a pinch, doing a job swapping implements a lot, and went to HF and got one back in the spring.
.
I was pleasantly surprised how well it was built for the money. Have used it a good 35 hours and it is doing great on several different implements.

Most everything from Vevor is. Seems they take the worst stuff from various factories, slap their label on it, and sell it CHEAP to US citizens looking for a 'great' deal. I swear they are an arm of the CCG.

For some reason that word in the description causes HF's ad software to show it as a closeout. It isn't. It's been shown as 'clearance, closeout' for some 15 years now. That's about when I got my QH from them. I think I paid less than $80 back then. It's still in use. (y)

Yeah. I thought HF mis-describing their quick hitch as 'closeout' would be useful information for other potential buyers of the QH, who don't follow this Yanmar group.

Per HF all 50 stores in a 200 mile radius from San Francisco have them in stock. Another poster in New England reported similar. Yet HF has described them as 'clearance' and 'closeout' for some 15 years now.

Actually, 'clearance' in the description means only the distance between lower hooks.

And, if I remember, they emphasize the clearance because the first ones were too narrow.

When they first came out, many on here were widening theirs with a Farm Jack to get it to the SAE(??) standard to fit modern implements. Mine needed about 1/8" before it fit my Howse rotary mower.

As is often the case with HF's stuff - Some Assembly Required.

Guess what, I too had to tweak mine by almost 1/4-inch (6.4mm).
I didn't have a farm jack, bet it would of worked so much easier. Instead, I had a pipe clamp. I had to invert one end to make it into a pusher.

Now it all fits.

for about $50. Someone said the top hook does not stand
out far enough to hook up.

I have a couple of implements with the top pin set way back from the edge, so the pin wouldn't engage with the QH top hook. Buying the Speeco replacement hook solved the problem.
