Satoh 650G Hydraulics .......weird

Hey, running into a very strange situation with my hydraulics. Let me explain......

When I raise the level to raise the rear hitch, my front bucket wants to dump. The levers for the front bucket actually "engage" until the rear hitch has reached is desired level.
When I lower the rear hitch, everything is fine, no issues. Only when raising.
I'm baffled by this. Any thoughts? Troubleshooting?

possible spool control valve for the bucket have a worn seal on the dump spool.
