Anyone ever use a product called Sani-Tred to waterproof a cement floor. I have a upper and lower garage in my home. The upper floor is prestressed concrete panels with a 2 inch topping of concrete. Hairline cracks have developed in the topping where the prestressed panels but together. In the winter I park my cars in the upper garage and as the snow melts I get drips in the lower garage. I have tried patching the cracks with several products but the repair only lasts a year and it starts dripping again. Sani-Tred claims their rubber coating will solve the problem. Has anyone used the product?

Had a similar situation and was not able to find any sealers that would work long term. If your floor is pitched properly, do a web search on "garage floor mat". There are a number of manufacturers of matting material that would catch the slop that falls off the vehicles and direct it out the door...............chim

Chim... I thought about the mats but this Sani-Tred product sounds like it will be a better option. The company claims that it will waterproof the floor and it will never leak again. I have decided to give it a try (already started the prep work) but I would like to communicate with someone that has used it.
