Asking for a buddy. He bought this used and had nothing but problems!. Yesterday he brought it down to work on it in my plow barn, after he took it off the trailer I guess he shut it down. The problem now is the relay blew out he replaced it with a new one and turned the engine over but it would not move! so it's stuck in the weather does anyone have any ideas?.

Are you sure it isnt a simple safety switch malfunction, like seat switch or such
