RX7320 3rd Function

First minor complaint. These handles to remove the loader rattle A LOT. I don't think they were greased by the dealer, maybe adding some grease will prevent the vibration and rattling.

I have a rubber grommet kit that would make quick work of "rattle-be-gone."

Thanks for sharing as I've been interested to see what Kioti came up with. I imagine their mounting the valve body on the side to avoid the labor of mounting it on top of the transmission.

More than welcome for the pictures.

That's what I was thinking as well. But at least on the NX line, it is pretty well protected from sticks, branches, etc. Fully enclosed, however, looking at it now, the only thing I might change is to have the (2) hoses coming into the box mount in the 'up' position rather than the 'down' fashion they are currently. Would just give them a little more ground clearance and less likely to get snagged.

I do know when I was the dealer looking at the CK & DK lines, one was NOT fully enclosed in the metal box like the NX is. Not sure exactly which one it was as I was primarily only interested in the NX. But either way, seems rather dumb to not put them all in the box IMO.

I'm interested to see what Kioti has come up with for the RX series.

@cutthroat once that kits comes off back order and gets installed be sure to update us! In the meantime good luck and enjoy your new machine.

Ok made some tweaks today. I did happen to have some grommets and found one that fit perfectly in the hole. I also reran the loader hoses. This was a little more involved than expected. I wanted to have them facing down like pic provided and other pics I was able to locate. But with the hoses being fastened to the hard lines on the loader I couldn't get them to rotate in the right direction. So I had to remove the hoses from the hard lines, attach to quick couplers in correct orientation and then reattach to hard lines. Got very soaked in hydro fluid. Even after I ran them facing down I still had a problem with hoses hitting the tire when turning sharp. I noticed there were two holes in the loader and I was able to put a zip tie through the holes and hold the hoses up and out of the way of the tire. Not sure what these holes are for, maybe for the forth coming 3rd function? Anyway, resolved for now.

Nice looking tractor, the loader frame looks pretty substantial.
Quite similar to the one on my Branson 8050 which makes it very difficult to check the oil.
The loader frame is taller then the frame rail and makes it difficult to reach down to the engine oil dip stick.

@cutthroat- How do you like you're new tractor? Any update on the 3rd function kit? I'm still interested in seeing how that factory kit for this machine fits and works. Hope she's working hard and well for you.

No update. Talked to dealer the other day, they still have no update from Kioti when part will be available. Right now I just have hoses running from back to loader to use my grapple. Works, but not very efficient.

@cutthroat- thanks for the update. I'm leaning toward the same solution for now. 3rd function would be nice but with extra remotes in back and a lack of purchasable options for the front, seems like the best/only option right now.

What length hoses did you end up purchasing?

Just an update, my tractor came in and the 3rd function a few days later, so I think you should be able to get them again.

So, weirdly my factory 3rd function doesn’t look like anyone else’s here. New design already?

The loader bracket is now orange and looks better IMO. But instead of it being hidden on the side, I have a fairly large bracket that says Kioti with the valve behind it. Odd!

Yeah, that is a bit odd. My dealer installed the WR Long version before I took delivery last month; the solenoid valves are mounted under the cab and all the hoses are inside the boom. I think it is 'blended' in so well you really have to trace the hoses to even see it is there. I'm sure the Kioti kit is nice, but I'd be watching that setup for snags. I can take and post a pic if you think it helps.

I don稚 do any woods work/etc so I am not concerned about the placement, but those who do very well might be.

Still waiting for my 3rd function. Talked to me dealer twice this week and they said it's back ordered still. Called two other Kioti dealers they said they don't have them. Emailed Kioti customer service, they responded in a few hours and also said they are back ordered with no ETA. So you guys that got yours are lucky, maybe dealer already had them in stock. I thought there would be some sort of bracket for the Kioti one as I saw those mounting holes on the loader frame and though that is what they might be for.

My dealer did not have one in stock - they were waiting on it. Maybe they had an order in ahead of time, but I think that would be odd as they did not have any RX's in stock. Sounds odd.

Any luck yet? I'm now waiting on my 3rd remote - dealer screwed up and forgot to include it. When I got rid of my NX, I sold with it a 8' blade with 3 cylinders so I don't really have any need for it ASAP, but I'm sure as soon as I find an attachment for it I'll need it ASAP.

Got call from dealer today. 3rd function is in. Going to take tractor to them next week to get installed and 50 hour maintenance. Will report back with pic's and feedback later next week. Yay!

@cutthroat-

Good news. Hope it goes well. I'm looking forward to seeing the factory kit. I grew impatient (and cheap) and put on some hoses from rear remotes. Certainly not factory but functional and doable rather than waiting around for supply chains to open up again.

Please do keep us posted (with photos, of course ;) )

Thanks

So here are the pic's of the Kioti 3rd function for the RX7320. It is a very nice clean setup. I only wish it included hard lines along the loader arms like the other hydraulics.
