RS 1201 Tiller

My 1401D tractor came with this tiller. Which other tractors can use this tiller with the 2pt. system? Considering upgrading the tractor but want to keep the tiller.

I believe that is the tiller that my 1510D has. I certainly like it. I have found some pretty hard and unexpected things and have not hurt it at all in the violent bucking that followed the discoveries.

I used to have a 1510 with this tiller but I traded up to a 1610d and it wouldn't fit as is,rather than spend big bucks on another tiller I modified the tiller to work on the 3pt.It works great for a lot less money.

Welcome to TBN. I trust that you will find this a very informative and entertaining group. We learn and have a bit of fun in the process. Why did you trade your 1510 for a 1610? Do you have any pics of your conversion of the 1201 tiller to 3 pt?

I've also fabricated the original 'center mount' for the primary axis link to use the 2PH tillers on my other tractors. This way, the top link is still not necessary, just the two lift arms and center (eared) pin.

thanks MJPeterson,actually I've checked out this site for about a year now just never have posted anything,I traded up to my 1610d because it 's4wd whereas the 1510 wasn't,little more horsepower helps too plus it came with a fel.Yesterday we had a near blizzard[n.e. kansas]so the fel really came in handy today clearing my driveway ,with the 4wd I didn't have a lick of trouble doing it.I think a rear blade would work better so that's on my wish list.I'm not too computer savy but I'll try to shoot some pics of my tiller and send them in a later post.by the way everyone out there have a merry christmas!
