Did you fabricate that? That's a useful device!This has worked for me in the past: Penetrating oil, vise grips and light taps with a slide hammer.

I’ve since got the key out. The cylinder still won’t turn. The cylinder has to turn to take it out in one piece. Otherwise you could carry a new cylinder with a key and jerk the plastic off and be underway in your stolen vehicle in 5 minuets. ( you can bust the cylinder out and still be under way pretty quick )

Did you do the WD40/tapping/turning thing in the video?
No it came out with less drastic measures but the lock cylinder is still stuck.
