ROPS for Ford 1620

I purchased a Ford 1620 that does not have a ROPS. Does anyone know where to buy one aftermarket or used. I have a price for a new of $820. I would like to save a couple bucks if one used or aftermarket is available. Thank you.

May I ask why it doesn't have a ROPS? We have a 1520, 1620, and TC30 all have ROPS, and I have never seen one without it. I would say make your own if you have welding/mod. skills. If not, if you go to a fabrication shop, they can usually fab something like that up with just scrap parts.

It may have been removed by a previous owner.

I'd reccomend getting one certified for that machine.. anything without certification is a canopy..

My 1984 1310 does not have one as it was optional that year!

you are correct. It was removed by previous owner to fit in garage. The bolt holes are there. I need to locate one from a tractor bone yard.

Previous owner took it off to fit in garage. He moved. It's gone. Need to find a new one somewhere.
