I’m very sorry to hear about your wife’s cousin. I would bet there are a good number of similar accidents in Europe involving tractors. Farmers regularly work a number of smaller fields and use the highway system to access them. It always throws me to see a tractor doing 45 mph on a limited access 4 lane. I’ve always wondered how many times a tractor could not brake fast enough to avoid an accident on the roads.
