Here are the pic. of the motor. By the way on the spelling I must of been having a flash back to the good old days of shacking up. I never could and can't spell that good and way to old to care. I feel you just don't have to read it.

Thanks for the pics. I see now how it works very nice set up. I start to built one a few years ago. I was not sure how to do a shaker motor. So I just used gravity stiff the gravel out. I had it in a 45 deg. angle. It work ok but I still had to bump the screen a little to get the rocks to roll off. I was planing to have a pulley to run a wheel that the center shaft was off center. The wheel would bump a plate on the screen which would shake the screen.
I would like to know if you have trouble with the belt coming off.

That is a LOT off balance!! What RPM are you turning it and what did you use for bearings? I understand that they need to be good quality and preferably rollers to stand the vibration pounding. It is interesting and I look forward to pic of it working.
