The OP said he had a 5600 which has no 3pt but it does have a hitch/drawbar.

I'm working with a 5600 Toolcat and have 1/2 mile of dirt/small rock road (with a lot of elevation changes) to maintain. Looking for suggestions/advice as to the best implement to get the job done. I need to re-grade 4-8 times a year depending upon rainfall. I'm currently using a pull-behind DR grader which gets the job done but it takes a while, requires many passes, and has no mechanism for crowning or sloping the road.

Your 3 pt arms are your crowning mechanism!
Just shorten one arm with the screw mechanism and there U go!

And, YES, the DIY drag is most effective.
3 blades works just great.
Let the last blade push over run towards the road center and U will create your crown.

Nobody sells a drag as shipping would be horrendous.
For sure it is a DIY project for anybody that owns a welder.

I'm sure he would if he could! He has the 5600 that has NO 3pt. but has a dump box. I have the 5610 that does have the 3pt but no dump box.

This will also work on a 3 point box blade: https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachments/251362-skidsteer-box-scraper.html
