Does the RK37sc have a cleanable hydraulic filter or spin-in? Chances are, it needs to be cleaned and reused or a new spin-on filter. When using a spin-on always go for the TALLEST possible that will fit. Too small means, you will be changing it more often. Taller means, more surface filtering and op-tune flow for the suction pump.

Have you tried to move in 2WD but engaging the diff lock? This should tell us if the problem is in the diff or in one of the rear final drives.

I agree with ptsg to perform a test by engaging diff lock. Sounds as if tractor has a problem in the differential or a broken rear axle. Have you checked to be sure rear tire isn't slipping on the rim?
