driving it onto a trailer should not (and has never with a bush hog) bend the entire wheel sideways.

I would have liked to see a video of you loading your cutter. You can say what you did, but if it bent, you must have been doing something incorrectly.

Ummm, besides the fact I've been trailering stuff for 20+ years and never bent squat
besides the fact that it's a tilt bed trailer (i.e. the whole bed tilts, and you drive right up it)
there's no ramps
there's nothing to change
you put the bed down, you drive up it til the bed levels out, you stop the tractor.
feel free to apologize anytime.

1 would be my fault
3 in a month from the same brand (different cutters) only is junk brand.

We can only offer suggestions as to what we think MIGHT have happened, collected from the information you have given us, and how our pea-brain minds have interpeted it. Should that call for an apoligy, then here's mine.

I am sorry for trying to figure out what the problem MIGHT be.

For what? I've been alive 45 years and I still make mistakes -- so just because you have 20 years experience with something doesn't change my opinion that you did something incorrectly.

When you rule out all the impossable what is left no matter how improbable must be the truth. If I had bent 3 of anything I would sure be looking at my operation or operator. 1 is a flawed part 2 is really bad luck but 3 must be OE,

I too am sorry for your problems.

With ONE out of three bent wheels narrowed down to PROBABLY being done while loading, but unknown as to exactly how, and the other two totally unknown as to when, why or how, NOTHING can be ruled out, including the POSSIBILITY of operator error. But until it's known when and where they're being bent, all is pure conjecture. And if I'm reading Brians (LC's) post correctly, he THINKS one was bent while loading, but not knowing how would indicate that is more a guess than a given.

All things being equal, I'm still at a loss as to why a brand with great marks from almost everyone would continuously cause troubles for one person. Brian, we need (at least) a photo of the aftermath. Maybe that would give something to go on.

Very well said FWJ. I don't mean to slam anyone but when you condemn a Very fine product like Rhino as being Junk just because you have a questionable bad experience it sends a message to our newer reads that Rhino may be selling inferior products which I have found in my experience not to be the case. I have found that most if not all my problems with equipment have been at least to some extent my own doing or lack of doing as the case may be.

I hope we can find out more about why these problem occurred and I too think pictures might help.

I can't be the only one having problems.
Becuase I went into the dealer for other issues today and said "where's my fork?" (it's due monday, I was mostly kidding)

Oh, it's back ordered

Hmmm, it's back ordered, from teh factory, but I'm the only one having problems with bad forks??????

Yeah.

The fact that they are back ordered my very well tell you that they are junk.
The fact that they are back ordered my very well tell you that they are so good the factory only made 3 extra's and you got all three.
The fact that inventory costs money to support it, and bean counters have jumped on that with both feet may mean they just don't stock a large amount of surplus parts. I think I would get ahold of a couple more large dealerships and see if they have that part in stock.
I have never walked into my local dealership and walked out with a part in hand. They don't stock anything for my tractor. I stopped by there for a pto seal a couple days ago, nothing!

Lonecowboy,
I think you have your toplink adjusted improperly (too long). I don't think it's allowing the tractor to acheive enough upward angle in relation to the mower, without all the stress being transmitted into the tail wheel (this would be evidenced by the damage occuring when you put it on the trailer) The Rhino I have has a rather small amount of travel in the toplink, in relation to some other designs I've seen. If you don't get the toplink shortened enough, then the toplink "bottoms out", so to say, when the tractor begins up an incline.
