Reply Problems

For a week now I have been having a problem replying to or making a new post. The online section lists that I am online but the rest of the system tells me to login first, which I have done several times.

I could not log off and start over, so I tried logging on from another e/mail address which seemed to have worked. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?
