Replacing Gc1700 series rear lights

Im thinking of replacing mine as well. In short I would need 4 to retain the same functionality. I show they have 3M tape, does it hold onto the rops well?

Any pointers (pics or videos) for wiring these up? With less than 12 hours on our new 2019 GC1725MB, I busted one. The LED motorcycle lights look pretty good, for a cheap(er) fix.

sorry man i never took pics of the install. is not diificult tho. i am going to be redoing them because they did not last to long, pretty much all the plastics and glue have come apart being in all the different weather we have.. but the prodcuts are cheap this time around im going to get something real nice and will take pictures of what i do..

as your taking apart the orginal wire do it one by one and mark them for yourself so u know whihc on is lght/turn signal/hazard...

Any updates on different lights? I have to order a new one, and I’d rather have something much better (and cheaper) than original lights.

Here is my solution, springs! Now the lights can move out if the way if I get too close to a tree or other obstacle.

I just use zip ties. If I hit something the zip ties break, the light stayes fine.

Make sure to use the cheapest zip ties you can find...
