Replace / Upgraded your seat?

Same for me. I wanted the L3830, but bought the Case DX35 mainly because of the seat.

And to make it worse, the Bota dealer is awesome!

You got it right PS Dawg. I have been watching these post for over a year for a good idea on how to level the seat on my B7800. I took your post on cutting 1 inch off of the seat springs and did it. Finally I feel like I am sitting normal instead of sliding forward.

Just got a BX2350 and the first thing I did was raise the seat 2" with a spacer, a 2"x2" sqaure light tubing. It made all the difference for me as I am 6'3" and 220lbs

I had a B7800 in which I did not like the seat. It was new so I didn't replace it. Though I replaced the seat on my Ford 1210 and I love this seat. $100 dollars at TSC. Arms fold - seat folds. I am 6'4 - 280

Can you post a picture of the spacers you put in your BX2350 seat.
I am 6' 4" and have a BX24 and feel the seat slides me forward while mowing.

With lots of adjustments the B3030 seat is ok (bailey) for a fer hours, after 4 or 5 hours seat time it really stinks. 8-10 hours straight is normal for us on any given day, and snow is coming! Im 5'8" 170 lbs.

6'5" 230#'s, 5030 seat feels like I am sliding forward.

Wish one of those Bota zero turn seats would fit!

It only took about a half hour to remove & cut the springs. I put the spring in a vise and used a Dremal tool with a cutting disc to slice through the spring. It was an easy remedy for such a nagging problem of that tilting seat. I will be on my Kubota for about 5 hours today chopping leaves, mowing grass and using the lawn sweeper to clean it up. My "butt" is grateful...........

If I had to spend 10 hrs in my B3030 seat...Id be crippeled!!!!
