Remove steering wheel GT225?

My GT225 steering wheel has an annoying "click" when rocked back and forth. I'd like to try to fix it but I can't get the wheel off to even start.
There is a bolt with nut and I can get the nut off but that bolt won't budge. Is it threaded? LH? Glued?
Anyone ever accomplished this feat with success?

I have never worked on that model, but have removed the wheel from other Deere models. That bolt was tappered (on the ones I removed) and had to be driven out. It wasn't that hard to remove, but did require a light hammer and punch.

Thanks John. I've tried to drive it out a year ago, but gave up before I messed it up. I needed it for mowing then. Now, I'm waiting for snow so I can afford a minor mistake that may require a trip to the dealer if required.
It doesn't bother me when mowing particularly, but when I'm pushing snow it seems to click a lot more.
