1967 3020 front wheel removal

I have a 1967 3020 that needs the front tire replaced. I went to remove the tire/rim and it will not budge. Do I need to unbolt the hub to spindle nut to get the rim off? I have owned for the last 8 years and have been around this tractor my entire life. I don't ever recall the front rims being removed.

Rim Should unbolt just like a car tire but they can and do rust to the hub. Sledge hammer beating around perimeter usually breaks them loose.

That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure before I went at it with the sledge hammer.
