I know theres more to moving material around with a FEL or a backhoe than just filling the buckets with as much material as possible, there is a right and wrong way, wrong way strains/breaks the machine.

I wouldnt know the difference between right or wrong and Id rather start out with my tractor taking care of it.

Can anyone here suggest some you tube videos where the operators surely know what they are doing and give good instruction on proper filling of the buckets.

Im looking to learn backhoe and FEL. Thanks

Start with the basics. A good rule of thumb is to keep all weight/center of gravity as low as possible, stay "level" as much as possible to to plane of the ground surface and move slow. It does not take much to roll a tractor:

Ive read this and will do so.

Operators manual talks about a float position for the FEL, trying to understand how to engage and use that on my L5201 Kubota.

Pictures arent clear in the manual

If you push all the way forward on the loader stick it will go into float. There's a detent there so you won't have to constantly push forward or anything.

Float is somewhat handy for light backdragging, never really had much other use for it.

Float removes the hydraulic downpressure from the FEL, so just the weight of the FEL is pushing against the ground.

Check out "Tractor Time With Tim". He chronicles basically his entire journey from novice to paid landscaper. There's a huge amount of videos, so I'll leave you to sort through them yourself.

The OP exposes a perfect opportunity for manufacturers to develop and set up dealers with virtual reality systems and programs...Get virtual hands on experience operating any machine they sell...

There would probably be lines out the door...!

So that is you? Is that what you mean?

Thanks for the link, I will check it out now.

How about one for a backhoe?

I have seen a couple of these videos with this guy and they are good.

Not sure why you do it but its so nice that you take the time to do it, its none of my business why you take the time.

I really do appreciate the videos

Go to youtube and search for videos by "Handful of tranquility." These are the "how not to do it" videos that you should watch.
