Kubota bx 2360
Hi! My name is Tim and we just took possession of 6 acres on the Cumberland plateau of Tennessee. We're planning on having about 1/4 acre in garden, a small orchard and the rest in grass, although I've considered putting about 2 acres in sunflowers and pressing them to make biodiesel, but I guess, after looking at the Kubota site, it's not recommended for the bx2360 I just bought. We do get snow here, but just a little bit, usually just 2-4 inches 3 or 4 times a winter, so in addition to the MMM and tiller I bought with the 2360 I'll probably get a rear blade to clear the driveway and a PHD to plant trees and repair fences. Can't wait until Monday when the 2360 is delivered.

Did you get a front end loader(FEL)? If not, go ahead and get it also. I have a BX2350 and didn't get a FEL to start with. I got one a few weeks later, and I'm amazed at how much I use it.

Amen Tim, I was a manual labor nut on my small acreage until I blew out a vertebra digging up large rocks. After surgery I went shopping for some help. I got the BX2350 with the loader and belly mower. This little guy is the best thing I could have ever done for help. I couldn't believe how much it has helped me and still does. I eventually bought the Woods BH6000 Backhoe, rear blade, post hole digger, and a nice canopy as well. You have done yourself good, congratulations.

Congratulations. I totally agree with the other TBN members in regards to the FEL. You will never regret getting one. Good Luck in all your endeavors.:tractor::welcome:

Yup. I think I've decided to get the FEL. Tractor was delivered a few weeks ago - pictures to come. Have the 60" MMM and a tiller. I was thinking I only needed those, but I have a gravel drive to extend and eventually a garage to build, so the FEL is in my future. And probably a PHD as we're going to plant a small orchard and likely have several 4x4 fence posts to replace. And who knows what else the DW will come up with for me to do.
