HI, I can't get get the pedal sensors within specs. Does this mean the sensors need replacement?

My Released Position Signal Voltage is 0.6 volts. normal specs are between 0.6-0.9 volts.

My Pressed Position Signal Voltage is 3.9 volts. normal specs are between 2.7-3.5 volts.

I am getting errors 01 and 02 while driving. I went into the diagnostic mode and found the voltage on the pedal sensors are out of range. I tried for a while and the best I could get are values mentioned above.

I installed a foam stopper to shorten the pedal travel which enabled me to get the sensors within specs.
