A disclaimer:
I haven't waxed my rims or used AromorAll on the tires. And even if i did I wouldn't tell you guys.

That having been said, yesterday I was trying to sort out some of the "junk" in boxes in our garage. One of the boxes had old car stuff in it, including a leather steering wheel cover that I bought, years ago, for a 1971 SAAB 99. Great car - quirky - but outstanding in the snow with front wheel drive, 85 hp, narrow tires, manual gearbox (with freewheel!). Just out of curiosity, I checked and the cover will fit my L3240's wheel. With a little time spent lacing I could have a GT tractor. I think I'm going to do it.

YEA BABY you got it going on!!:D:D

Don't forget to hang some fuzzy dice on your ROPS...just not to low so they won't hit you in the back of your head.:D

Just kidding...thats a good idea, more comfortable grip.

It's yours...you can put whatever you want to on it!! Fuzzy dice, curb feelers!!:p
But I have a question, why would you tell us about a steering wheel cover but not the Armor all or wax??!!:D:D

I was thinking about adding blue dots to my rear tail lights. Now that would be cool;)

By any chance was the brand name of the leather cover "Brevardi" ?? My former BIL (long since divorced from my sister) and a partner used to make those stitch-on leather steering wheel covers. They were the only ones i ever saw around here...... they made them in the late seventies or early eighties. I put one on my '80 Chebby pickup. It was actually pretty nice....... though i don't know i'd put one on my tractor.

The guys waxing their rims and Armoraling their tires ain't gonna have nothin on you once you are splooging leather conditioner on your tractor wheel !!! ;)
