OK Guys, what is the difference in a Transmission Driven PTO with over running clutch, and a live PTO with over running clutch ? What is an independent PTO ? And, does it matter?

You don't use an over running clutch on a live PTO.

The over running clutch goes on the PTO shaft.

DK35 has it right.

Independent pto is a must for jobs like blowing snow or mowing grass so that when you disengage the main clutch to stop the tractor moving, the implement on the live pto continues to work.
For example when blowing heavy deep snow the tractor engine may start to bog down because too much snow is trying to pass through the blower. You stop the tractor movement and allow the blower to continue to operate to clear the snow in it.
The overrunning clutch explanation on the site provided by DR35vince is good unless you have specific questions.
