Question about third function valve

Thank you for the picture. That should work perfectly and is how the logical flow from device to device should be done. If you want the 3rd function permanently in the loop, you could remove the lower set of QDs replacing with a properly threaded coupler as I previously mentioned.

For even more elegance, one could have a custom hose made with a banjo fitting on one end to supply fluid from the loader PB port to the 3erd function and skip a couple of connections, but what you have works.

Yup. If the T side of the grapple/3rd is what is supply the backhoe, and the backhoe returns back to the tank than it is plumbed correctly in terms of flow order
