where i work there are 4 duramax pickups that look just like that (well, one is red). the price handirifle paid is fully in line with the prices around here. those are nice trucks and i hope the OP has good luck with his. i wish my powerstroke started that well in the cold :(

What would a 2006 crew cab 4wd Duramax/Alli with 42500 miles be worth? Im the original owner, airbags, Buckstop front bumper be worth?

If it's a LBZ I would say $32,000

Looks, extras(sometimes) and luck means a lot; not to mention finding the right person at the right time! I sold this 06 2500HD CCSB LBZ 4wd with a few ticks under 100K miles in Dec, 2011 for $31,000, but it had every factory option and then some.
If I had one I wanted rid of, I'd advertise it on autotrader.com and craigslist.

Thanks

It is an LBZ and has everything minus leather and a sunroof. I've added a ton of stuff (firestone airbags, 5th wheel rails, LineX, Buckstop bumper $$$, aftermarket wheels, Cooper M/T tires). The truck has had covercraft seat covers and Fox weatherboot floor liners since it left the lot.

I'm considering a Ford V10 (2008-2010) because I rarely drive my Duramax. I actually just had the turbo replaced 2 weeks ago with a brand new stock unit because the vanes were froze up (carbon and rust).

No leather will take a grand off in my area.

The turbos on these trucks need blown out from time to time. If you baby them you will have problems. It's a Variable Vane unit like the 04 and later Fords. Drive it like you stole it and to heavy often is the best things you can do for them.

makes me wonder what my 07 GMC SLE classic in Long bed Crew cab 4x4 LMZ 52kmilkes with $1200 dollars of brand new michelins ltx2's is worth. I dont drive it often and my needs now do not include this big of a truck. sell it or keep it forever?

I do need a truck but a gas 3/4 would do what I need.

I agree with this...They guys I know with diesels run them very hard and almost never have problems..It's the ones used as grocery getters that seem have issues, brand is mostly irrelevant.
