3-Point Hitch PTO won't engage

So I have a Ck3510 hydro and I was mowing my field and disengaged my mower why I drove to the next spot to mow and now the 3 poi t lever is stuck Rock solid. I call the local dealer and they said the is a updated part for the PTO engagement actuator. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had a similar issue but it started as the PTO level would disengage itself almost like it was due to vibration while brush hogging. Spoke to the dealer and they also mentioned an issue with the PTO. The day they came to pick it up I couldn't get the PTO to engage at all and seemed stuck. It has worked fine since repair.

Just for clarification, was it your PTO that was stuck or the three point lever itself?
