I have a 2019 ck2610 with roughly 180 hours. Everything has been great up until last week when pto wouldnt engage. I have been rototilling 3 acres in prep to put down grass seed. A week before the pto lever wouldn't budge I would be rototilling and pto lever would become disengaged. Figured I bumped it even though this never happened before. I would engage the lever and it would be fine for 5 minutes and do it again. Well the other day it popped out and when I went to put it in all it wanted to do was grind. I feathered hydro pedal but it kept grinding. Then all of a sudden the lever froze and wont engage. Dealer said linkage but I really dont see a way to adjust it. Im hoping my yard gets planted next week so I can take tractor in
But i was just curious of others had that issue. Thanks

The PTO on this tractor uses a dry clutch that is used to engage the PTO. Feathering any of the pedals won't achieve much regarding the PTO. You really need to press the clutch pedal on the left, then move the PTO lever to engage it and release the pedal so it spins. Is this how it's being operated?

From day 1 when the dealer delivered it to me he told me if it dont want to engage and starts to grind press the forward or back pedal. Then it always engaged no problem. The past month or so it was more often that it would grind. When engaging the pto the clutch was always pushed in as far as it would go. Once engaged I would then turn up rpm. The last month the lever pto would disengage then it kept grinding would never engage and then the lever wouldn't move

In the meantime crawl around it and look closely at the linkages. I had my B7610 bind up several years ago and was able to squirt some lube on it (think it was meant for overhead garage door) and got it working.

There was a service bulletin on that issue for 2018-2019 models. Give your serial number to your dealer and have them look into it.
I ended up taking it to the dealer Saturday. I borrowed my buddies tractor and trailer and figured since I have the trailer mine as well take it in. Is there a way to find the bulletin online? I just looked and didnt see anything

If only there was a Kioti tech that could post it here...

Well dealer has had it a week and a half and never heard from him. I called and he said he to remove the left side rear housing and something else i thought and said that will be 1200 plus parts but not sure what parts until he opens it. I mentioned what about warranty and just said well we dont know until we open it up. I thought the pto fell under power train so really it should be covered since its not engaging. I forgot to mention the service bulletin
