Chipper pto driven wood chippers

Hi folks...gravelman here...im thinking of getting a 3pt ht pto wood chipper. burning is a pain nowadays. any recommendations. It would be on my Mahindra 55 hp tractor Anything over 6" or so i use for fire wood or fire pit so nothing big would be needed. Thanks much

Hand feeding limbs gets old really fast... I don't have a hydraulic feed but pretty sure I would like one. Mine just drops the chips to the ground. They pile up pretty fast and clogs up the discharge area. Get a blower on which ever one you buy. Good luck... it's nice to reduce a brush pile, but then you have a pile of chips you need to deal with. Good for walking paths.

I am also looking at the hydraulic Woodmax. The reviews are good, the price is right, and there are some video reviews online.

Over the years, I've owned several different chippers and also shredders... These days, I just make brush piles for the animals, they rot down quite fast, so I just keep adding to the top of them...

It's just so much FASTER and much easy to pile the brush on my tractors pallet forks, then drive to the pile and dump it on top...

The Woodmaxx base model looks identical. Since Ranch Hand Supply seems to have gone away Woodmaxx looks good.

Even better just let the tree die and rot in the woods. That's even EASIER.
