#pt hitch is jumping when implement is attached help!!

I have a 7710 Ford Tractor and when I hook up to any type of implement to the 3pt. hitch and raise it up, it bounces. I have changed the fluid, and the filter and still does the samething can someone please help me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Does it bounce if you raise it half way or only if you raise it all the way to the top? If it is bouncing everywhere, there is probably a leaky check valve or leaky lift cylinder seal. If it bounces only all the way to the top, it is probably an adjustment that needs to be made to the linkage. It may even be a maximum lift cutout arm. I'm just not sure if/where that is on a 7710.

I agree with Jim.. It may be a leak and you are seeing the regeration.. or it may be a lift/cutout cycling.. etc.

My 7610s will slowly bob.. very slowly, and when under heavy load and low rpm.. Like a 2500# mower at idle, .. I can see the lift settle, and then come up every minute or so... tells me I have a real slow leak.. probably lift cyl... don't do it at high rpm.. or lower load.

It starts boucing badly at about half lift and gets worse the futher it is raised. I notice that it tends to get worse when I have attachments behind it. It started this spring when I was plowing ground. I figured it was an internal leak or something. Thanks for the help.
