Some good news...once the underwriters finally saw our retirement financials, we are back to being scheduled to close...and we don't need to prematurely draw any funds. If only our 'banker' had done what we asked months ago. This pushed us back another 2 weeks for nothing. <sigh>

More progress, the dirt work is underway! My trail cams have caught some shots of the dozer and the truck bringing in some dirt. I'll see if I can figure out how to get them somewhere that I can post here. We may have foundations by the end of the month, or so.

Haha...open range county. Technically, it is on us to keep the cows out, rather than him to keep them in. Considered rustling if we ate it. We had some deer hanging out in the same space a few weeks ago.

Been in that area many times. My cousins have a large ranch out by Bear Butte if you know the area.
