Everytime I look at my subscribed threads, there are lots of threads that I didn't subscribe to. Am I don't this or is there something wrong? If I am the only one with this problem, how an I doing it?

I am getting runtime errors in IE only on these message boards.

Line 157
this.controlobj is null or not an object

I have cleared cache and cookies, and have restarted IE.

No other boards or sites are problematic for me.
My script debugger will also lock, so I cannot see what the object or control may be......

Could you post a screen shot and/or give me the exact URL where you're getting the error?

Yes.

Only when opening discussions, not from the homepage.

Anything to do with discussions. Opening, replying, etc. etc.

I run XP, IE 6.0.2900 SP2

Mine reports:

! Done, but with errors on page.

Line: 158
char: 2
'this.controlobj' is null or not an object
code: 0

I also am only getting the error on this site.

Did the cookies, history, and cache.. in fact I delete cache, history and all files every day.. save cookies.. but have cycled them manually just to be sure.

Ok, I think I know what's causing that. Will try to get it fixed today.

One thing I've noticed is that when you view an attachment in a post and press the "back" button to get back to the thread, you go back to the top of the thread instead of to the post that had the attachment. Have you already addressed this?

This is still a problem for me:confused:

I still don't understand why they don't fix it where attachments open in a new window.

Sorry I did not read request for posting to this thread, I'll try to go back and delete the one I just posted and which is below:

Done with errors on the page
I'm getting this message when going to a forum. In fact the bottom of my screen is showing " Done with errors on page" This has been happening for a few days. Sometime pictures will "load" for viewing other times like just now picture will start to load and then "stall" and sit there for 2-3 minutes and I click stop and go back.

Edit: when I click "preview post" the message changes to "Done"

Any idea what's happening. I'm still running Win 98 with Internet Explorer.

Thanks for TBN. Norris

Until 'they' fix it, instead of clicking on the attachment, right click on the attachment and select Open in New Window (IE) or Open in New Tab (Firefox).

Yes Mike, I know how to do it but it seems this is a pretty common problem. Thanks, Billy

I'd guess that if it was easy to change, it would have been. Plus, it's not a problem, it's just not working the way some people would like it to work.

Yeah, a new window makes sense. We'll make that change soon.

Bummer, I don't like a separate window/tab for pictures. Is there a way to make it an option? The way it is now, people who want a separate window can get one. If a separate window is made the default, there's no way to override it.

What's the big deal Mike? You click, look, close and go about your business. For those who are still using dialup, they can still be reading while the new window loads.
