I say "that's what you are all about" because there have been many many times in the past where you make a post just like this, in a thread where someone is trying to share a negative experience, and moments later the thread is closed and posts deleted.
I am glad we have you to play net nanny. We should be allowed to share experiences, good and bad. How else are we as consumers to make an informed decision. Many other places online have reviews, negative or positive. No one is preventing a dealer from posting here. They are welcome to share their side.
I'll respect the mods decisions, whatever they do. But I am sure you already have this thread on its way to being closed
You're out of line. Many, many times I've posted, and then moments later a thread like this is closed....is total trash talk.
Threads like this get closed because people don't abide by the rules of TBN, and want to whine about how badly they were ripped off when they bought used junk, and then want to slam anyone within listening area of their unfounded complaints.
If you respected the moderators and the rules of TBN this 'discussion' wouldn't be happening.
What you can do on other forums is irrelevant here. This isn't those other forums, it is TBN, and is oriented to being friendly and family oriented, not the usual rant and rave, free for all internet trash talking nonsense.
I don't make up TBN'S rules, but I do abide by them, as should you and the thread OP. Dealers are protected by TBN because they don't always know when someone like you or the OP decides to get on here and slam their business practices without an opportunity to defend themselves. Plus it breaks various laws to just say whatever one wants to about individuals and businesses without recourse, so TBN, not me, does not allow illegal activity.
You want to hang out where it's a free for all of whatever opinion one wants to express, regardless of their biased axe being ground- feel free to go there, and get the negative reviews and all the 'truth' you need to make 'informed' decisions.
As City Farmer said above:Quote:"If this is the only problem the OP has with this tractor he'll be $$$$ ahead in be long run. If the welded on washer was a "fix" to get a job done, it was a job well done. If the washer was a "fix" to sell the tractor at auction, job well done (it sold right?). Either way, it needs to be taken apart and repaired the right way. Anyone that buys ANYTHING used and doesn't plan on turning a wrench, has no business buying anything without a warranty." Well stated City Farmer. You obviously know where it's at when it comes to buying used equipment, it says it all that it's USED, right?!:confused3::confused2:
