Hello all...I have a quick question.

Does anyone know if I could use a Pat's easy change CAT. 2 on a CAT. 1 with shims on the lift arms?

I don't think so, the pins are too big to fit thru the lower Cat1 arms.

Sure. But I don't know why you'd want to do something like that. Cuz besides a lot of shims, you'd also have to get you hands on some Cat 1 pins for the lower lift arm swivel balls - and then add adapter bushings. Plus - once you have a Cat 2 PEC on a Cat 1 lift system, you need even more adapter bushings to pick up Cat 1 implements.
