I could never recommend TYM after having 2 T574 tractors. The first required 20 visits to my farm by the dealer without ever fixing the problem. All of that within the first 90 hours on the clock. The second is having the same problem twice in the first 100 hours. The TYM rep has never contacted me ever which I find grossly irresponsible. As of now, the dealer emailed his territory manager and followed up with a phone call to him about my situation and never any response or reply. On top of this, TYM has a big facility very close to me which should be no problem for a rep to visit me, but they do nothing. For me, TYM treats their customers terribly.
