IMO most aggressive snake around this region
Cottonmouth (aka : watermoccasin)
Pigmy Rattler
Eastern Diamondback
Coral Snake
Pythons
Boone
Boone, we have both Copperheads and Watermoccasins here and I detest both equally. Usually when I'm out on the property I have a rifle and maybe a pistol, for Hogs and coyotes. But this time of the year I have a shotgun. It at least can scare off the hogs and coyotes, but the snakes I want dead. I have used pistols and rifles to kill snakes and my Marksmanship is good but in this case I want it better.
With all the water we have around this year I may have to go shopping for some Snake Boots.
Charlie
He crawled out of the burn pile after I lit it up. I smacked him a couple of times with the leaf rake. He's a bit skinny, hasn't fatten up since winter hibernation.
