Billy,

Good call on the frame mounted blade, turfs, and 7 Iron deck. I'm sure you will enjoy this tractor a bunch.

BTW: I get my deck off or on in about 7 minutes.

Thanks Killer. I 'm really happy with my tractor. Hopefully I will soon quit ordering more stuff for it. I've only had it a few weeks and so far I have ordered the new draft arms for the MMM to make it compatible with the front hitch, a box blade, Imatch quick hitch, ballast box and looking for a receiver hitch to haul my trailer around the farm.
Do I qualify for an "attachment junky"? :D

Yes. See your local JD dealer for a fix. And remember, rehab is for quitters.

PS: Whatever you do, do NOT take a liking to Colts, Smith & Wessons, or anything with a walnut butt and a scope. It can make your JD addiction look like a recreational pursuit. Don't ask me how I know.

Nothing with walnut butts or scopes here, however I make that up with my RC aircraft addiction. :D

Billyvan; Could you post that part number for that special MMM bracket? $250 is not that stiff for the amount of convenience it would bring.

You betcha, have the invoice in my hands.
LVB24810 KIT, MOWER/HITCH DRAFT ARMS
Allows you to install the 7-iron MMM with the A frame front hitch on at the same time.

The new draft arms have arrived and I installed them today. Work very well as expected. I now have the mower and the front hitch on at the same time. :D

cool!

"Rehab is for quitters" by Killer_B, that is hillarious!:D

Yeah, I got my sights set on a front or rear blade either with hydraulics. Leanig towards a fron, but I had a conversation with the gentleman that delivered my tractor and he mentioned a rear blade with a hydraulic assist and he indiated that it worked real well, and that you could use it in a dragging motion to clear snow on a driveway or road? I was under the imnpression the backing up is the most efficent method to use a rear blade. But never having one, I dunno?

My front 366 front blade has hydraulic angle, pretty nice to not have to get off the tractor when plowing like I did with the quad. Haven't got to try it on snow yet but works well with dirt. Cleaned up my ditches with it so far and did some leveling, back blading mostly. I think a rear blade would be really good for back blading since you can turn it 360 deg and then drive forward. Hope to have one some day too. Attachment junky for sure, no rehab here!
