Hi all - I have the above (and a newly level tractor from tire repairs).

I now can confirm that the vacuum assembly wants to sit low to the right side where the offcenter weight is - on the tractor. This is the older triangle to the top / dual link arm to the bottom type mount that is so hard to get mounted - no lift or hydraulic adjustment is built-in or possible.
I can get most of it out by cranking on the adjustable link limit link/'chain' piece - but that leaves it very tight and very stressed. Is this normal?

Anyone have a better way to level? I'm trying to get where the bagger doesn't affect the chassis so it doesn't affect the mower, etc and all is level with or without the bagger.

You are doing the right thing. But if you are tightening on one side you should also be loosening on the other side. That way you don't get it very tight. I get it level by "loosening" and "tightening" both sides as necessary and then just tighten one side sufficiently so it doesn't move around but is not TIGHT.
