Our NH TC35DA tractor's pto started acting up on me today while running our bush hog mower. The tractor started making a loud "Clicking" noise after only about 10 minutes of mowing, and when I went to shut it down, the pto wouldn't disengage when the lever was moved into the disengage position. It was the first implement of the year to use the pto, and the lever was a little stiff acting going into gear. I'm hoping this is a linkage issue, not a clutch or other issue. Anyone have any ideas here?
